This one has very vibrant original colors, is low play, and may displace the previous keeper. Will have to carefully compare them. The local distributor/ops must have done well with this title, as they sure have made frequent appearances around here.

Win on high points or on high score. Points are awarded from lit pop bumpers. The gobble holes are fun to watch the ball swirl around before draining. [Sold 12/2013]

The gobble holes aren't as intrusive as you'd expect, and there's not much gap between the flippers, so ball times are good. Beautiful artwork, very classy game. Sadly, will be finding a new home, as I don't have room to keep them all! Sold 10/2016.

SKILL-POOL		Gottlieb (USA)	Vendu		ser# 079486 SP. Have repro plastics on hand. Still has the shipping block with the game, and looks to be a gem under all the dust. One interesting thing about this game is the cooling fan mounted under the playfield, underneath the light up pool balls. There are several air vent holes in the playfield within the pool ball 'rack', and the cooling fan will blow air up into there. Rebuilt 2/2018, sold 3/2018.

SPACE SHIP		Williams (USA)	Vendu		ser# 57804. This is the game pictured on IPDB in the sample cabinet. Note that the cabinet design matches that of a few other games made ahead of it in 1961, with only the yellow color differing (e.g., same design as shown on the flyer for Ten Spot and others). The serial number does not fall within the 'production' range for Space Ship either, but it does seem to be close to Ten Spot. My guess is that Williams had a batch of these cabinets in different colors and with the lower serial numbers and used them for early production examples of a few titles. These are the styles shown on the flyers and promo photos, whereas the production models had different cabinet artwork. I did set the game up and get it working, and replaced the broken rollover button. It could use a good shopping/rebuild though. I'd sell as-is for $1500.
