CREATURE FROM THE BLACK LAGOON Bally (USA)Monté, jouableCa dépend1992 Bally/Williams, but feels more like a modern Jersey Jack with the replacement hologram mod from "pinballsp"! Not just is it a Creature as needed, but it calls out particular game modes and helps you understand what's going on with very well-done thematic graphics and animations. Game looks and plays real snazzy with new well-thought-out LEDs and a good playfield cleaning. Put in a new mirrored backbox speaker/DMD panel and backglass from CPR. The speaker panel has RGB LEDs behind it, but we might seek out yet another one with lit tail lights for the cars at the drive-in. Its PinSound board is cool too, but there's still some jankness like missing backglass lock, bad battery holder (so factory resets each boot), dinged side rails, and broken trim in places.
FIRE! Williams (USA)Monté, jouableCa dépend1987 Williams. Just got this 7/15/20. Definitely a players condition game. Art needs touch-ups and some of the plastics are cracking or previously repaired. Will be giving this a good cleaning & rebuilding some stuff so it plays smoothly!
GENIE Gottlieb (USA)Monté, jouableCa dépend1979 Gottlieb. First 1970s solid-state pinball machine we've ever had, over 7 years & 28 games in collecting. Has a nice cabinet and all-new Rottendog boards. Plays nice, but the PF has some minor crackling/planking. The BG is nice other than the typical problems with Gottlieb red crumbling away. Needs upper flippers adjusted/rebuilt.
GHOSTBUSTERS PRO Stern (USA)Monté, jouableCa dépend2016 Stern. Our third John Trudeau game. Recognized on the "Pinball News" writeup of the 2021 Houston Arcade Expo as "a great-looking Ghostbusters, " featuring "a bunch of mods as well as coloured balls installed."
HAUNTED HOUSE Gottlieb (USA)Démonté, à restaurerCa dépend1982 Gottlieb. Backglass silkscreen is almost gone. Did lots of restoration on the original MPU board but it's still being a hassle so I bought a new Rottendog MPU just to get it going, since it was allegedly recently re-pinned and working. Playfields & cabinet look good; once I finish electrical improvements and cleaning the mechs, can't wait to start this one back up!
HEAT WAVE Williams (USA)Démonté, à restaurerCa dépend1964 Williams. Purchased 7/22/19. Looks nice; just needs cleaning, but also needs to be gone through electrically before power is applied. Side art was painted over, so may wish to restore it.
HI-DEAL Bally (USA)Monté, jouableCa dépend1975 Bally. Bought 5/21/22 from a fellow who had it since he was a kid in 1975. Physical condition is great, other than a bit of wear on the playfield. Needs a bit of mechanical help to ensure the score reels are snappy, and the switches are cleaned and properly gapped, but it should be easy to get to 100%.
KING PIN Gottlieb (USA)Monté, jouableOui!
contactez-moi
**SECOND PLACE WINNER** in the Best 1970s EM Pinball category at Texas Pinball Festival 2022! -- 1973 Gottlieb. Fully laboriously restored, where we did a complete cabinet repaint using rattle-can paint for the base and colors over stencils, plus cleaned/tuned most of the mechanisms. Keith Holbrook rehabbed and clear-coated the playfield, and cleaned/tuned the under-playfield mechs. The original webbing finish was replaced with a pearl finish to give the game a bit more sheen & sparkle in the light. The backglass is from BG Resto. A lot of metal parts were sent out to be chrome plated or powder coated. Many pieces of the game were carefully restored and refurbished, rather than replaced, as long as they hadn't completely been turned to dust.
MISS-O Williams (USA)Monté, doit être réparéCa dépend1969 Williams. Needs a good clean, new rubbers, and some new plastics. Also needs to be gone through because the outhole switch needs adjustment, and very little seems to score on the playfield, usually leading to the game getting confused that I scored 0 points on the first ball. However, the game shows a lot of promise, and I feel (as it's been a long time coming for us to get a middle-pop game) that we will really enjoy this one.
MOUSIN' AROUND! Bally (USA)Monté, jouableCa dépend1989 Bally. Saw one of these for sale at TPF 2015, but I had to wait until 2021 before I saw another one for sale locally! This one is in beautiful shape cosmetically and seems to play perfectly as well. As one of the first games I ever played at TPF (and with several on the floor that year), I learned the importance of proper leveling and setup because one of them really sucked and the other was so much fun that I'd been thinking of buying one since. There are some ways to get the ball really moving fast on this one, and it will really test your reaction times. I really like the art and sounds on this machine as well.
PIN*BOT Williams (USA)Monté, jouableJamais1986 Williams. In very nice condition. Literally needs no work, but we did LED out the playfield. Might put in LED score displays, but why fix what ain't broke?
POSEIDON  Gottlieb (USA)Démonté, à restaurerJamais1978 Gottlieb. Italian export version of "Neptune", which was the add-a-ball version of "Hit the Deck." This one is priced at 1 play for 100 lire. It appears that these are the only three games that ever had the weird "digital" score reels (with 7-segment numbers painted on) as an attempt to trick unsuspecting players into thinking it was a solid-state machine. The game looks nice cosmetically, but it was sold to me at the TPF 2022 swap meet with no guarantee of functionality (and an awful lot of rust). Fixed a cracked cabinet corner (first time I'd ever removed a cabinet front panel, got over my high anxiety about that) so now I can get on with unrusting and adjusting.
RANCHO Williams (USA)Monté, doit être réparéCa dépend1977 Williams EM. Nice playfield (needs some cleaning) and backglass. Cabinet is pretty good, except for a bunch of water damage and peeling plywood in the front. Need to go through the game before starting it up, since the previous owner noted non-specific problems.
RICK AND MORTY Spooky Pinball (USA)Monté, jouableJamais2020 Spooky. Got brand new in box on 6/15/2021.
STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION Williams (USA)Monté, jouableCa dépend1993 Bally/Williams. Got this on 7/10/20 from a friend who had it on route at a local arcade by trading our Stargate. It's got a few minor issues that shouldn't be too difficult to fix.
THE SHADOW Bally (USA)Monté, jouableCa dépend1994 Bally. Acquired 8/20/22. Came with ColorDMD, classy PinStadium lights (i.e. not in your face nor reflecting hideously on the PF), powder coated rails & lock bar, mirrored side blades, and plated ramps. Has alternate backglass artwork with 100% less Alec Baldwin. Has all the requisite parts you'd expect - 4 rings & 3 gremlins. Really nice cabinet, PF, and plastics. Just a bit of wear by the sanctum. Some items don't work in test mode but seem to do fine during game play.
THE WALKING DEAD PRO Stern (USA)Monté, jouableCa dépend2014 Stern. Has lots of fun mods on it.
TOTAL NUCLEAR ANNIHILATION Spooky Pinball (USA)Monté, jouableCa dépend2017 Spooky. SN #166. Pre-ordered 8/21/17, received 6/21/18. Ordered with plastic protectors, interior graphics, and stuff ordered at Pinball Life that was installed at the factory. Scott Danesi himself upgraded our firmware at TPF 2019.
YUKON Williams (USA)Monté, jouableJamais1971 Williams. Mostly thoroughly cleaned (just the under-playfield and a couple other switch stacks left), and lots of new/refreshed parts.

300 Gottlieb (USA)Vendu 1975 Gottlieb. Bought 8/10/20, sold 4/30/22 (picked up 5/5) by the seller; he wanted it back! Playfield is good, though recently starting to show some wear in the middle. Cabinet art was previously restored. Cabinet bottom is a bit sketchy; just have to truck it "not there". Nice backglass except for the "ball in play" area. Bonus unit was fixed prior to the 9/4/21 IFPA tournament. My son's favorite game for a while, and was used in two IFPA tournaments on subsequent weekends in 2021. We got good at rolling it after a while, so we figured it was time to move on. Fun game, though!
GALAXY Stern (USA)Vendu 1980 Stern. Took me forever to diagnose its bad line cord -- not the transformer. :-P Got for free with purchase of Haunted House, but traded away on 7/27/2017 (with some electrical gremlins still remaining) to a local fellow who really wanted a Bally/Stern project game. Evidently he worked out all the gremlins within a week or two, and has a playable Galaxy.
GOLD WINGS Gottlieb (USA)Vendu 1986 Gottlieb. This is our first pinball machine, acquired January 2015. We put a lot of work into this game, due to lots needing to be cleaned/retouched, plus other interesting mods like EL wire on the ramp. It was down for very long stretches of time due to MPU problems, but now works with a newly redesigned MPU board from mypinballs.net. Also had to add a jumper wire from switches 46 & 56 into A1J6 pin 16 because the original wire in the wiring harness (ironically colored "666" :-P) became faulty. Sold 10/18/2020 to family.
JUMPING JACK Gottlieb (USA)Vendu 1973 Gottlieb. In nice cosmetic shape (for never having been retouched), though I had to work through a lot of glitches to get it functional, even on top of the work the previous owner did to it. I did a lot more work on it before selling it to a friend at Texas Pinball Festival 2023, including majorly overhauling the flippers, fixing the bonus unit & scoring issues, and cleaning the playfield shiny.
MARDI GRAS Williams (USA)Vendu 1962 Williams. Four-player. Playfield was in great shape and cleaned up very well. Cabinet was a bit rough but still featured the original art (a first for me among my early 1960s Williams games), though the new owner plans to redo it. Backglass was in decent shape; the yellow was peeling but it actually gives it a nice gilded / gold leaf effect I really like a lot better than the flat gold. According to the previous owner, this game was sold to his family by a retired St. Louis Cardinals player back in the early 1990s. I've extensively cleaned the major mechs so it plays correctly. Now I need to adjust players 3 & 4 tilt so they can actually play -- but there might be underlying issues to work out (like sluggish score reels) before they can be re-enabled.
SKILL BALL Williams (USA)Vendu 1961 Williams. Got in a trade for my Galaxy game on 7/27/2017. Plays well, but the artwork really needs some help. The previous owner made custom plastics to replace the virtually non-existent and burned-away originals. I laser-cut new plastics and made water slide decals thanks to another PinballOwner with nice original artwork, then did some switch adjustments to get it 100% working before giving the game at TPF 2018 to my cousin, whose children have been enjoying it immensely.
STAR TREK STARFLEET PRO Stern (USA)Vendu 2013 Stern. Got it from a local guy who put in over $1, 000 worth of mods & features. Very slick game!
STARGATE Gottlieb (USA)Vendu 1995 Gottlieb. Check out our custom LED ring for the backbox, reactive to the original light controls! Instructions to make one yourself are available upon request. We also designed & 3D printed a much better replacement part for the ball trough switch holder, which is open-sourced and available on Thingiverse. But then after doing all this work to it, we traded it for STTNG on 8/10/20.
SWING TIME Williams (USA)Vendu 1963 Williams. Got in trade for Galaxy on 7/27/2017. Suprisingly cherry, especially for a game from 1963. Cabinet art is not original but has held up well. Sold 10/18/2020 to family.
WORLD CUP SOCCER Bally (USA)Vendu 1994 Bally/Williams. Great fun! Ours went really fast and was the best-looking WCS'94 specimen we'd seen in the ensuing timeframe because of its great playfield, pristine plastics, and bright lights. It took me 16 months to make the high score. :-P We designed a special 3D-printed "ball ramp addendum wedge" and made it available on Thingiverse since balls were having a problem rolling all the way down and triggering the opto to indicate end-of-ball. We finally sold it on 10/9/2021 after acquiring it at TPF 2015.
